The software

macncheese is offered as a free download. Your use of the application itself is governed by our End User License Agreement, not by these Site terms.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, branding, and the macncheese name are owned by Aquidneck Labs or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the Site will always be available, accurate, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aquidneck Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

The Site links to third parties (such as model hosts). We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Aquidneck Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
